Headliners Ozzy Osbourne, Muse and Weezer are among the 100-plus acts already confirmed for the 2010 VOODOO EXPERIENCE, set for Halloween weekend–October 29, 30 and 31–at City Park in New Orleans. This year’s line-up features a mix of some of the leading talent from every genre of music including, for the first time since 2004, some of music’s top electronic artists. As is tradition at VOODOO, there will be stages that celebrate and honor the music and rich melting pot of the region. This year, these stages will be highlighted by a variety of unique collaborations between the keepers of New Orleans musical traditions with some of the younger acts adding a fresh spin. Other artists confirmed for New Orleans’ signature fall musical celebration include MGMT, Drake, Florence and the Machine, Paul van Dyk, Interpol, Hot Chip, Metric, Deadmau5, Street Sweeper Social Club, Jakob Dylan and Three Legs, Jonsi, Eagles of Death Metal, Cage the Elephant, Minus the Bear and Janelle Monae.
