Straight ahead hard ass rock is what you get with this album. I’ll just hit a few highpoints. When the album opens you may think your hearing just another “carbon copy” of everything else out there in the alternative pop world. My first thoughts after the first song are “yeah these guys are pretty good but that singer is outstanding”. Each song has the same character but Dallas Smith has the pipes that shape each song into its own. One song I think im listening to Soundgarden and next he’s got a Staind vibe going. As a band they are talented as are most that make it to the radio but this one has a singer that really stands out as one of my top 5. With Chad Kroeger at the helm producing these guys it really rocks. My synopsis of this album is that being this is the first I’ve heard, I cant wait to get the past albums but also to hear what they will offer in the future. You really cant go wrong on this one.
